Returns & Exchange Policy



Thank you for shopping at Blue Muse Boutique please read our return policy if you wish to return or exchange your purchased items.

Blue Muse Boutique appreciates that you want to shop with the confidence of knowing if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return your purchase.

Terms & Conditions.

Returns requests must be made within 14 days of Purchase

Returns must be received within 7 days of return request approval

Any items returned after 21 days of purchase will not be accepted

Purchased sales items do not qualify for return

Refund will only be offered if the item is faulty and cannot be replaced or mended.

No refund or exchange on any items that we consider used & must have all tags attached.

Refund on returned items does not include postage charges

A receipt or receipt number must be present with all returned items

You must contact Blue Muse Boutique at enquires@bluemuseboutique.com  within 14 days of purchase to notify us that you wish to exchange or return your item.


 Faulty Items

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact our team at enquires@bluemuseboutique.com , so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible.

Please note that we'll need a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process for you. 

 

  Returning shoes:

 Please place them in the original branded shoebox they came in.

The branded box is just as important as the shoes themselves, so please do not alter it in any way - e.g. do not attach shipping forms, tape or mark the box. Doing so can result in your return being rejected.

We are unable to accept shoes returned with scratched or dirty soles. We advise that when you try on your new shoes for the first time you do wear socks and test them out on carpet, just in case!

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the policy has not been adhered to.

 

Exchanges

 If you would like to exchange an item, please drop us an e-mail enquires@bluemuseboutique.com  

 Let us know which item you are after including the style number, colour and size you would ilke so that we can put it on hold for you. The last thing we want is for it to sell out before your return arrives

 

Refunds

If you require a refund due to a faulty item you will need to contact our team at enquires@bluemuseboutique.com 

If the refund is approved you will be offered either a full 100% money back or a credit note. The credit note expires within 12 months, and can be used on any item in store. 
 
Refund will only be offered if the item is faulty and cannot be replaced or mended.


Refund Process Time

Returns take 2-5 business days to reach our warehouse. Once received, your return request will be processed within 1-3 business days. For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need an extra 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.
